I was in constant, rapid communication with him over any information he needed from me and vice versa. He used DocuSign for many items so I didn’t physically have to be there or fax things back and forth. We agreed on a price to list the house, and I received a cash offer on it only two weeks after listing. Based on the other properties listed in the same neighborhood, I thought it was a great price and a no-hassle sale. He also helped coordinate all the steps needed from the buyer and with the title company. It could not have been smoother. The whole process greatly exceeded my expectations.
